Have you tested the O&S to see if it is really 900 silver ? I think thats important before anyone can make a good judgement. Photos makes it appear like its lead? Hope im wrong...may just be the lighting.

This is not correct. The "Doehle" shows exactly this type and I have never seen a RK on the 16 mm ribbon device with more medals. The make is absolutely correct. The quality of some minis is absolutely outstanding. One cannot compare this type with the 9 mm war badge stickpins.
