      For no. 2, just start looking at the "1813" of all the S&L types that are actually by other makers.

      There are a ton of crosses that we all call S&L or Standard Design, but are really probably identifiable as other makers if we put a bit of work into it: 52, 56, 72, 93, 106, etc., etc, the list goes on and probably includes 20+ makers that, unmarked, are just called "S&L types."
