    EK1 L/52 screwback

    Latest arrival, an EK1 with screwback, marked L/52 for Zimmermann. Thanks to Marcus for bringing back to me from Germany
    Any of you got a case for this that you would like to part with???Let me know if you have.

      You can see the mm on the picture above. It is right above the "uniform pin" but it is in fact upside-down. Is that common to all these?

          Hi Terry,

          It looks like a nice Zimmermann. My screwback has the maker mark in the same position, also upside down, so nothing unusual there imo.

            A very nice Zimmermann. I wasn't sure whether the location of the maker mark was unusual (all of my Zimmermann EKs are pinbacks), but apparently it isn't.

              Thanks to both of you. The cross in fact looks better than it does in the photo. The white bits of dust are magnified on the photo but I have cleaned all this. I am please with it.
