These are the only pics I have but am wondering if they are enough for a yea or nay . I have asked for more pics. But I noticed that the feathers between the wings and feet do not appear to be symmetrical.

The gap between the eagles neck and wing are a good indicator that it is fake.

See how much lower it is than the other one.
