Peter, the mm on mine looks very similar. It looks like your cross shows the same "defect". i.e the frame on either side of the top arm is not even....looks like that on your photo I think.

Thanks George. The mm on my cross looks exactly the same as yours. The number 5 is quite unusual. So what is your opinion on the cross George?

Thanks George and Peter for your time. I am still a little puzzled by this. I thought (and read in another thread) that an uneven frame was a bad sign.
Has anybody else got a 25 with a "strange" frame?

An uneven frame can be a bad sign, like it is on the well-known fake of the EK 2 Schinkel-form. But it's not necessarily a bad sign. If fact, it is a common feature on many good EKs.
