This is a Iron Cross that I am considering buying, I was wondering if it is a real or fake, and i dont know much about it. The seller says that it is marked #19 on the ring. Thanks for the help!

Is this cross of three piece construction with a magnetic center? What are the dimensions of the cross? Can you see a solder seam around the edges where the silver plates meet?
