Looks like a Deumer, but the pin setup doesn't look right. I have not seen one with the bar (you can see where it was removed) before. Jim

Since the lower prongs are missing, the prongs are probably replaced.

I think this is a cast copy
I have two! both have that 'scratch' along the back
look at the side, you can see where the front and back slightly don't line up?
they cast front and back to include the mm...
