Huge RKs or forgeries?

I once encountered some strange photos which shows some huge RKs. I don't know whether they were real or dealt with software such as Photoshop etc. The photos are as below, and all photos are picked up from the threads here, but I can't find the original explation or the original threads :

RKs

These were usually made by the friends of the new RK recipient upon receiving the news of the award. They appear to be made of cardboard, wood, metal--whatever was at hand--as a celebration decoration. Completely unofficial but they turn up in photos every so often.
