2 Very Rare Cased Mini RK KvKs

Hi,

After much searching I have finally acquired my second, and last needed, version of the cased mini RK KvK w/o swords. For those not familiar with these, most came from the Schloss Klessheim find. I have seen a total of 5 of these cased mini versions; 4 of which were from the Schloss find. The one in the elongated case is the only issued (attributed) one I know of.

Pictured together for the first time are both the the elongated/rectangular case and the square case version.

what's the space for in the elongated box?

Hi Jon,

The bottom portion of the elongated case would have housed one to two RK KvK stickpin groupings.

The mini RK KvK in the elongated case belonged to Minister Director Hassenpflug of the Railway Dept of the Recih Ministry. The stickpins were not in the case and although I have mini RK KvK stickpins I did not place them in the case since they are not original to it.
