i think it supposed to be Gschiermeister, marked "50"
but also i'm bit fooled by wrath around swastika , it looks pretty rough .

I refer to post 24 by rory817 in this thread on KVK 1 War Merit Crosses, 1 Class and my question is if it is stamped maker mark L 15 not L/15 does that mean L 15 is a Floch?
