Juncker ek2 clasp, opinions please

This set came in today.
Normally I am always pretty sure about good or bad clasp, but there are VERY good copies of these Junckers doing the rounds.

Please take a look and let me know what you think...

if you yourself have doubts and it's actually in your hand, phew, I just don't know...
Personally, I like to see a little more definition/patina/wear
but it's 'probably OK' (what a pathetic non-committal quote!)

Hi Ben,

I looked at my Juncker and it is with veins on the inner two feathers. There are a few differences with the most glaring is the rounded corners on the swastika (mine are squared). The other one is the distance between the beak and the wing tip, mine is very close (mine is 1 mm). But ours were made with different dies so there could be differences. I can't vote one way or the other. Jim

Jon : the lack of detail and wear is probably caused by my ability (or better: lack of) to take decent pics.

I think I had one of those as well, must have pics of it somewhere....

I will give it a good daylight-inspection tomorrow, couldn't really find a red flag so far.

Hi Ben,
I'm no expert, but compared to mine on yours, the mouth, veins & middle claws are different. But mine is a 1. type & that could be the reason.

I only can say the same... I would prefer another one like Jim's clasp but yours is interesting and more with a better focus in the pictures
