I believe that EK2 is a Godet. Is it marked with a 'G'?

my cross doesn't have the " hump" , but it is marked in the ring.
It looks like a "G" will try to capture it tomorrow.

I would have expected to seen a brass or copper color??

Yes, it was ground off. I had one other spange with an LDO mark that was denazzed and that had no copper or brass exposed. It was confirmed as authentic and sold to another WA member.

Hi Ben,

I think I was unclear. My old set had a K.A.G. marked cross with the hump for the jumpring.

A Godet 1914 EK2 should have no hump, and I am sure yours is a correct Godet:
