Here's a picture of an extensively discussed L15, same as the one in Gortdon's book.

          Terry,

I'm sorry that I was so fast. Here's the reverse of the L15

              Terry,

as you can see, there are significant differences. Mine is also magnetic.

                Hi Dietrich,

Thanks. If I could get a good view of the marking, I think it is exactly like the one you posted.

I thought I saw that too. The pin looks similiar. The catch on mine, however, is different.

Here is one exactly like Terry´s which was offered by a dealer. Also non-magnetic and of a one piece construction. Very different from the Flochs, at least the obverse with the stippled core. I liked that one somehow but wasn´t able to buy it.
                      Cheers, Frank

                          Frank,

did you find this one in the Blue Oister Bar?

Joking aside, could this be a good one? We know that Schickle shared frames with Souval, why not with somebody else?

Now for the interesting part. This next cross is directly from the family of a vet and came in a harmonic grouping, everything fit together and was a good match. The vet survived the war, was a hobbyist "Bastler" and decided at one time to repaint the core of his EK1, so don´t pay attention to that detail.
Bill Garvy had an identical L/15. Whatever we speculate about other type L15s or L/15s, this one is from a vet. Of course this does not mean there was only ONE Schickle type, but this one is a true Schickle.
