The cross you show in the link above is certainly a Deumer, but I think the one you show here is an S&L .

The wear and age speaks history on that one ... and I like it just that way - as it radiates a human association . Mint are excellent in their own way as well .
There are other crosses of mine you would rather have !

The appearance of the 4 year Service medal just happen to turn out that way - ' Floating Eagle ' .
