                            A & C have a different angle with a different first "9" and "3"

                            A & B have a different angle with the same first "9" and "3"

                            C & B have almost the same angle with a different first "9" and "3"

                              In my opinion all three are good Ziemers. I don't really see any differences between the numerals that can't be explained by light and angle.

                              If there are differences, perhaps they had two dies. It was not at all unknown for a maker to use multiple dies.
