Juncker ek2 jump ring marks.

Hello everybody.
I have a Juncker ek2 which has these markings to both sides of the jump ring.
I wondered what these marks could be. Craftsmans markings perhaps? Has anybody else got these on their Junckers?
Any thoughts?

I have just looked at my L/12.
There are something, but I don't know what
Maybe just some scratches.
