sorry to say but, to me it appears to be a cast copy, the details are very soft, the lower part of the feathers are uneven. I've illustrated this on the photo with a Red line.

From the reverse, the spaces between the head and neck seem uneven and the neck too wide.
Enough bad points on first glance to put me off this one, let's see what the hardcore guys have to say.
