    EK II Wide Frame

Can anyone tell me how many makers of the WWII EK II made a wide frame version?

    I can think of 19, 24 & 93 .

    Thanks,

    Wayne

    Hi Wayne,

All makers have flanges that are wider or narrower to various degrees, but I think only maker 24 is really wide enough to be called a Wideframe. I may be wrong; I would be interested to see an example of another maker's cross that has a frame really significantly wider than the norm, as is the 24's.
    Best regards,
    Streptile

      Ah..........that explains it.

      The flanges!

They may be narrow or wide but the width and/or height of the cross is still the same size as the others.

      Thanks Trevor.

My 93 is 44.8 mm wide and the width of the arm is 26.8.
My 100 W&L is 44 mm wide and the width of the arm is 26.6

So it's a bit wider, but looks way more wide
