No comments? Good/Bad? What about the case? There is a scratch in the beading on the inferior band of the three oclock arm, but no die flaws. Thanks

S&Ls

Tom,
I've handled now a number of S&Ls and I can tell you that it's pretty hard to judge them based on digital photos. They really have to be examined and held in the hand to make an intelligent assessment. I've seen a few that looked 100% in photos but, when examined in person, were not of the quality of the pre-45 examples. Conversely, I've seen some in photos that looked iffy that, in person, were of (IMO) pre45 construction.
I can't see anything particularly wrong with this one, other than the way the paint on the core is aged/worn, but I think it needs closer examination. By the way, what it its weight?

I like what I can see but the shadows make it tough to see the numbers. Beading looks nice on the obverse center.
