            Not the level of detail I would expect to find in a Juncker made piece.
            Should this design of Juncker also have scalloped date box?

                    I must say that the pictures dont show the real quality of the badge. In hands realy looks amazing but if it doesnt get the thumb up I will have to wait for next one. The fakers realy did a great job at this one but as you say, it is still a repro.

                        For those of you who have the new Iron Cross 1st Class book by Dietrich and George, look on page 486. There you will see an original 2nd pattern 1st Class Juncker spange. An excellent description of many features of the spange are spelled out here. Glad to see this particular pattern spange in the book.
