A far a I know, they are only marked 16 and no L/59.

Right! As far as I know there are no L59 or L/59 EKII's so you will have to settle for a 16 if you want makers to match!
IMO though... any LDO marked EKII would be right at home in this case, These cases were sold alone or with LDO marked crosses, therefore an L/11 should also be correct in the case.
I would lay an LDO marked cross in it if it were mine.
