Doesn't look good to me. Shinkels are early pieces and from what I know are not marked at all.

This seller offered another identical (fake) Schinkel HERE.

It was discussed and confirmed as a fake HERE.

He also had a fake 1870 EK2 HERE, a tank badge HERE, and a GAB HERE.

My advice for the seller would be to post his items in the appropriate forums for authentication before offering them for sale, as it seems he has a number of fakes in his collection.

I believe this seller has also offered a Panzer Assualt 50 badge and GAB 50 badge recently and they were also fakes. Something is up here.

kinda strange that most of the fakes hes tried to sell are all high dollar items too. Ive already commented on some of his other junk. either he is tryin to get over on a newb and leave the forum once he makes a score or he really has gotten hosed himself. After the first 2 fakes I told him personally to get his stuff checked be4 puttin it on estand, but guess he didnt listen

Yes , the pin of this shinkle EK1 is just like a floch fake . And this kind of pin was used on some other EK1 which marked some diffrent makers . I have one this kingd of fake EK1 marked "1" . That is my first EK1 , its really give me a good lesson .
