The 20 is usualy very close to the hinge . Wounder if this was a LDO piece that was needed for the PKZ shipment and restamped with a 20 - which for that reason ended up in the center ?

thats right Douglas, here is another dual stamped Zimm of mine stamped similar positions whereas usually they are close to the hinge if stamped individually
