Thanks Dick! I'm surprized at how few comments have showed up here.. Is this combination so common that it simply doesn't interest anyone? Or did i piss you of by making you wait so long? I did tell you that i would reveal them on friday, didn't i? If i did however piss anybody of, i'm sorry. Anyways here are the closeups and a family portrait.

And finally the whole happy family in a warm family portrait, can't you just feel the love?

Very nice display. Just out of curiosity,in the larger red case is the space for the RK ribbon made to accomodate the standard ribbon width or the 50mm ribbon width?

                Regards,
                Mike C.

                  Nice set

I just have to say, that I just love those little "birds"

I have only one, (2. class spange), but has just begun to look after a nice first class spange

Thank you mates! Mike, the space for the ribbon is actually 52 mm, so it's measured for the RK ribbon.

That's a very nice (and I assume, affordable) way of displaying those particular medals. Good job!
(Now, be sure and take an indelible pen and write "Reproduction" on the bottom of each of your new cases! )

Yes, it's affordable and the smell of fresh leather is really something..

It's rather a shame that he doesn't make a large red case with simply oak leaves on it, just for this type of 1957 set.

                          Very nice!

I bet he would if someone were to ask him. He does fulfill requests...

I don't think you could piss anyone off mate....

I guess 57's are not everyones bag, but they are beautifully presented, and make an impressive highlight to your rather impressive display.

                              I think you've done nicely..
