    Iron Cross L 55 Screwback

    Hi Iron Cross Collectors.

    I have this into my collection. It have been there for soon 7 years now.

    L 55 marking.Wachtler & Lange

    Is this a rare variant of the Ek 1 or just normal maker ?
    The cross have 100% provience to Norway during War. Taken by an German Officer.

      I search the forum. But few L 55 Screwbacks to find.

      How rare is it really ?
      Is there any rarity scala of the Ek 1 ?

          Hi LH, it`s a nice SB you are showing up...
          You will find a SB L/55 in the sales forum of
          badges for 220€... There are a few SB:s that
          might be so called "rare" L/10 & L/14 and L/50..

            L55 is probably in the top 5 most rare SBs. The trick is to find one in excellent condition.

                Hello again.

                thanks to all of you with info and help with my L 55 Cross

                Im not really a Ek collector but have a few Ek II include the R3 .

                I collect the SS daggers / SA Daggers & gravity knifes
