1 - fake
2 - early Deumer
3 - probably early Godet (better pics are needed) or C.F. Zimmermann
4 - early Steinhauer & Luck
5 - probably fake but better pics are needed

The # 5 IMO is fake.

#2,#3, and #4 look good to me. I personally would stay far away from #1 and #5. Agree with Fabri on #2, #3, #4 makers.

I have sayd "or Zimmermann" because I 'm not so convinced that Godet was the manufacturer, my personal opinion stays in the middle, but normally I like to think it 's an early Godet. Have we a thread about ?
