EK II issue envelope without mark

I've an Issue envelope for EK2 without manufacturer's Mark, will it be false?....are there envelopes without manufacturer's mark?.

Yes, they exist without marks.

But yours may still be a fake, as more unmarked fakes exist than unmarked real ones.
