    Hey Guys,

I'm almost 100% sure that this one is crap..and it's probably a clear fake to those well versed in them, but nevertheless.. it never hurts to ask opinions. These are the only photos available from an auction house... it's said to be an 800-4.

I don't like how shallow the swaz is, and how shallow/thin the dates are. Thanks for your time.

I don't think this is a KC, I think it's post war Souval Grand cross,
    ...how wide is it?

It does look like a Souval made item..collectible but post war.

Wow - that is hilarious! No offense - but look at the tiny type!

            Thanks Fellas!

@ Marc! I'm offended! hehehe (only joking) No offense taken. I was pretty dang sure it's a clunker. Not the quality I would expect and the dates are so thin and shallow.

I've never really done any research on KC's (except reading the endless debates) and thought what the hell, I'll post it anyway.
It's on an auction site, so hopefully if anyone else goes there they'll pass up this one.

P.S. If you sent me a Flak badge I would gladly accept it .. just sayin

It seems to have a dipping 3, so I vote Souval on this one.

It's Souval postwar Grand Cross, not the Knights Cross.

I think I'm finally starting to learn something about RK's. My first impression before going any lower in the thread was Souval. A long way to go before confidently picking any others though.

Well, I guess I really should pay more attention to the threads then. I have no idea what distinguishes this as a Grand Cross from a Knights Cross... they look the same to me. Please don't fault me for its an honest statement as I have no experience in the KC/ Grand cross field.

                    Thanks for your comments fellas.

The size, RK about 48mm, GC about 62mm.
