    This came in gun show today. Anton Schenkl, Wien "27". I do not collect iron crosses but I could not pass on this one.

          Very nice '27'.

          There is another, nice, rarer variant '27' which has Juncker-like crosshatching in the inner corners of the frame.

          Here is one of that type that used to be mine and now belongs to another forum member:
