Set up is ok, but combination seems in my eyes not possible.
Soldier should has KVK I class instead of two KVKs II class.

Only a guess but what if the soldier was pensioned out of the service (let's say through injury) but service in some capacity on the home front (such as air warden, etc) would it be possible that although he had the KvKX that he could also receive the KvK? Maybe it's just not possible, plus the order of the ribbon band is wrong as the Eastern medal should be last.

Hi,

the bar is in this combination wrong twice.

As Gordon wrote, the Eastern medal must be the last on the bar.

It is wrong, to wear both KVK II together. The regulations say:
"Die Verleihung des Kriegsverdientkreuzes mit Schwertern schließt die Verleihung der entsprechenden Klasse des Kriegsverdienstkreuzes ohne Schwerter aus."
If you have the KVK with swords, it is not possible, to award the KVK without swords.
And more:
"Wird das Krisgsverdienstkreuz mit Schwertern nach erfolgter Verleihung des Kriegsverdienstkreuzes ohne Schwerter verliehen, so ist die entsprechende Klasse des Kriegsverdienstkreuzes ohne Schwerter abzulegen."
If you have first the KVK without swords and later the KVK with swords, you must remove the first awarded KVK.
