    Cased EK1

Hello - I have had this cased EK1 for a little while, but never thought much of it. I would like to know who made this EK - and if it belongs in this case - I have a suspicion that the EK case is for a WW1 EK - not the one that resides in it. Please any help would be greatly apreciated....

Looks like a '65' Klein & Quenzer to me.

      Regards - Danny

Loks like a good cross with an Imperial Case.

The IC is an good and original 65 (K&Q).
The case is good, but it is from an IC 1st from 1. WW (1.WK).

              Hello

original unmarked K&Q but case IMO was produced in the '20 - '30 years.

                Hi Fabri,

I'm curious why you think the '20s or '30s? I always considered that case to be a later wartime style as it is sometimes seen containing a KO, but I do now also see that it has some design and construction characteristics in common with later cases.
                Best regards,

                  Hi Trevor

my thought comes because in Germany I normally found them with EKI for veterans. My thought comes from this fact but I have no more info or reasons.

Edit: case you have for sale has similar cover but different inlet , different button, IMO contemporary and rare case as you sayd.
