While certainly not an expert I believe this cross has whats known as a dipping 3 in the date 1939. Postwar IMO

Hi Jozef,

It is a "real" RK and OLS manufactured by Souval after the war. These have some (very limited) value in and of themselves. When I say "some value," I mean in a couple of hundred bucks at most, as filler pieces.
