That's what I was thinking, but the frames inner corners look almost too rounded. If it is a '60' then that'll be the third unmarked example in the space of only a few days... very odd that they are all showing up at once considering they are regarded as a rare maker.Originally posted by streptile View Post

Trevor is correct, it's a '60'. I failed to see the reverse date when I studied it. Good eye, Trevor!

My first thought was the same as Robert that this is a cross by J.J. Stahl 122, but i'm not 100% sure, because the numbers of the date 1813 looks a little bit different.
IMO we need better pics of the dates before we can say anything for sure.Comment

I don't think there is any question, it is a good unmarked Katz & Dehyle '60'.
After having a look at some fakes that are based on this cross, they are very poor imitations.
