                      Maybe it's the photos but the finish to the wreath doesn't right somehow almost like it has been painted or something.

                        Indeed looks repainted. reminds me of the time when I was Motorcycle mechanics, and we repainted the aluminium on the motor, to make it look better.
                        This wrath has the same artificial look to it.
