    Curved date-box spanges

    Side-by-side are 2 curved date-box EK2 spanges. Very, very different in the extent of the curvature.

    On the left the curve is hardly noticable, while on the right the 'text book' curve is clear to see. On the left spange the curve is more noticable when viewed from the back. Believe me, it's curved.

    Just thought you'd like to see the comparison

      # 2, curvature is harder to see, especially on the eagle's right side. (This exact Spange is in Gordon's book on page 102, top.)
