EK 1st Class Spange: "Bearded" Deumer

I believe this piece to be a legitimate, period Deumer 1st class EK Spange with the "bearded eagle" flaw...albeit not the flaw in the numerals.

Seeking confirmation or otherwise, please....and thanks, in advance.
