Cased SC without swards - opinions requested

Hi guys,please take a look at this cased SC,need your opinions on both Case and Cross.

it looks ok to me from this crappy pictures this is only pictures that i have.

I don't like this cross - bad pictures, but even with those the maker mark is wrong and Juncker's swastikas on eagles have two cut outs not three.

So the maker mark is bad i guess that C is wrong shape and cut outs on swastika is wrong 3 instead of two.
