EK2 double mark ?

Hello . I am not Ek expert soo pleas for help.For yet see many ek2 but never double marked and question is only producer mistake or?. And not see good which producer, 3 or 13 or 113 because stamp not identic. I hope not fake. Here is the photos.

113, i sold a similar not so long ago.

Thank you for replay. I go to see bether and realy one number can be 113 but by other is 3 or badly 13.
