Nothing wrong with the case ..... the button type I have not seen befor . The guys of the case forum would know more certain . Probably a early type with still an inside metal plate ... various spring setup exist . Does the incert come out ? Woundering about the number code .... only if it hapens to be lose .

Most of mine are the 'solid ' cylinder push button type with an interesting aray of spring setup and number markings in side - pencil and ink stamps black and blue even . Just 2 examples of half dozen or so .
