I've purchased a few items from you in the past and all have been as good or better than described. I hope this isn't coming across as an attack, and if it is, it is certainly uncalled for. As you say, no one can know everything about everything, and every dealer has made mistakes (as well as has every collector) so I will certainly continue to purchase items from you in the future! By the way, did you get my message last week?

Speaking from experience! Gailen and just a few other dealers will I buy awards from these days. And some forum members as well Keep up the great work Gailen, Every dealer makes mistakes, Bill Shea, Peter Whammond the list goes on forever.When working in high volume you are bound to have one slip by sooner or later it happens to everyone in this hobby I dont care who you are.You just cant be an expert on everything these days, Thanks Glenn

I never accused you and I have absolutely nothing against you. Read my post again, I said everybody makes mistakes. I was just trying to give you a hint that your advisor in the medal section is either not honourable or not knowledgeable, which both is bad for you.
I have never dealt with you myself but have heard from people I respect and who have dealt with you that your intentions are good and your service is first class. I do not doubt that. But when you named your advisor it made me shudder.

Frank: The Guy Is Not An Advisor But Just One Of Many Sources I Occassionally Purchase Items From. I Had Resisted For Over A Year Buying These Schinkel Crosses Because Of The Reasons Stated Earlier. Every Time I Goes Aganist My Gut Instinct Bad Things Happen.
I Had At Least Ten Customers Who Wanted To Buy These Crosses And In Fact Had Sold The First Class On Sunday. I Sent An E-mail To That Buyer Telling Him I Could Not Sell Him The Cross Since There Was Quesions About Its Authenticity And Refered Him To The Forum. He Will Probably Think I Sold It To Someone Else For A Higher Price Ha! Ha! Anyway, I Thank Everyone For Thier Imput On The Crosses. Also If You Ever See Anything On My Site You Know There Is Problem With Send Me An E-mail And I'll Look Into It.
