    My first DKiG

    Got this last week from fellow member Jon-Olav Holden ,great guy and a great price!!

    Out of my league here but its not in the new book the war merit cross.
    Just pointing out that books are no blinking good anymore when determining authenticity on german ww2 items.
    Nice smooth enameling not sunken but that's out of date i guess.

        That's because you're buying the crappy books. Buy a book that details the features that distinguish original badges. Leave the picture books to the artists.

              The wreath looks to be reapplied, is that the case?

                  From photos don't seams to be replaced the wreath. Rivets are okay.

                        it just doesn't seem to sit central, but maybe that is because the pictures are at an angle
