EK1 spange ? Who is the maker?

Hello everybody...who is the maker on this one? It has cutouts on the back of the wreath and it does not quite look like a Deumer. Is it even okay?

    Thanks,

    John

I agree- an unmarked L/16. Really quite rare in tombak

                Hi George and Patrick-

Thank you guys for the information.

I would have never suspected that maker!

                A mystery solved for me.

                John

                    Hi Jon-

                    Thanks for the information.

I gotta hand it to you guys, you guys have the eye. The catch, then of course the entire design of the eagle and date had me puzzled....as for the pin and hinge that I had seen numerous times.

                    John
