The one thing I know for sure about these is that the solder on the Eagles wing tips where they mate with the cross is normally perfect.

On the ones I've seen that have no doubts attached to them, you can hardly tell that they have been soldered, an almost invisible seam.

I noticed the solder job on this one right away as not being "perfect". which would put me off a little, considering the price of these there should be no doubts.

It is a meybauer with 900 markings. But I agree better pictures would help.
