What do you mean by the anchor?

      So it's a Godet?

How about a picture of the outside edge of the 3 o'clock arm from the side?

As the frame mainly and core are Godet ... your EK1 is a Godet . They shared parts and pin sets or got parts from Zimmermann . ... and the common shared pin set between both of them . The pin set on mine I assotiate as a Godet design which has this thin pin and a slightly different anchor .

              Thanks Richard :
100% Zimmermann pin set : note a few differences one can see from this angle . Different pin foot and anchor shoulders .

                Douglas,

If you wouldn't mind, would you please post a photo of a Godet anchor so we can see the difference(s) between the Godet and the Zimmermann?

One of the catch : The spiral catch I have not seen on Zimmmermann EK1s , Godet used the C-catch and round catch( not shown) .

Wow, the shadow is right where I want to see! Can you tell me if there's a rise in the beading at that spot, as there is on this cross?

                              George,

I have this feature on both my 'L/50' and 'L/52', 3:00 arm.

I think that you'll find similar different features on all arms of Zimmermann and Godet crosses. (At least, I have on all of the examples I've examined, which is maybe a dozen or so.)
