    Anyone know the maker on this one? I know the photos are small but I'm calling out the experts.

      I agree. The date looks like a W&L, so does the multiple beading at 12:00.

                Hi robert, what do you mean with multiple beading.

                i have stared at the 12:00 position and i dont see anything!

                perhaps i dont know what to look for

                    Count the beads on the horizontal line of the 12:00 arm, then count the beading on the 6:00 arm. The 12:00 arm has more beads (@34 compared to @30).
