can anyone attribute a maker to it

It look like a #24, but not sure. I have to check my database.
Maybe someone else can give a clue..

looked a little closer, there is a mark on the
smaller ring, but can't make it out, here's the
best pic I can get of it, might just be a gouge... not sure if it helps.

I have a 24 that is marked 24 on the ring. The smaller jump ring has an acorn on it. I believe there are other marks on the jump ring but do not remember what they are.

acorn i think is quite common, clover leaf is i believe another, not all are marked though so its a nice bonus
