Deumer crosses?

Hi guys
Looking for opinions too this question. I think i already know the answer??
Which is better L/11 or mm3 on Deumer EKs.
I already have a EK2 L/11 but am thinking of up gradeing to a mm3.
What you guys think?? Is there alot of differance in valve and which is more common??

The '3'-marked EKII is much more common, IMO.
