Kevin I've only seen a screw back marked this way. I picked this up a a local flee market in new jersey about 2 weeks ago. I would also like to see other examples. Only problem with this one is the catch is bent downward making the pin look short. I fear not to touch it for fear of breaking it off.

Double marked 4-L/16 just like the other ones posted.
Interesting to notice they are all about the same worn condition.
