DKIG Zimmermann '20' Flaw

Unfortunately, I do not have access to any reference books on the DKIG. Therefore, grateful for any assistance you may have in pin-pointing the '10 O'clock', 'paint blob' or 'sunburst flaw' as it is referred to. Is it always on the 14th-most ray to the left of the North ray? It would seem so...

Otherwise, are there any known 'fakers' who have reproduced this? When was it first identified as a Zimmermann trait?
