I'd say that's an L/11 mark that has gone over the edge of the pin. You can just see the start of the second '1'

die Miniatur ist massiv und ebenfalls mit L/11 gemarkt.
It is a solid piece , marked L/11

I think it is a very interesting place for the maker mark, because there is not enough space for the complete L/11 mark, I have 2 other L/11 marked EK I where the mark is under the hook. That was the reason to show it here.

Ich meine den Eisenkern des EK selbst. Fühlt/hört sich der hohl oder massiv an; z.Bsp. auch im Vergleich mit deinen anderen L/11ern.
